A local business entrepreneur approached me a few years ago to help him develop this site which he feels is the answer to our nation's health care crisis (yes...before Obama and the current insurance conundrum).  As I'm not entirely sure how the whole idea functions, I'll focus on what I know...the design.  This gentleman felt the site needed to instill patriotism (hence the flag) and be light and approachable, which I feel are conveyed rather nicely in this layout...now if we could just figure out health care....
