Randolph Primary Care

A  high school friend of mine, Jason Van Eyk, is a doctor and was returning to Randolph county to open a practice in Asheboro.  He and his partner's primary focus is family medicine with special attention to geriatric medicine. Jason and his partners wanted a logo that was iconic and recognizable that would set them apart from the other medical professionals in the area.  After a few rounds of revisions, we settled upon the current logo that you see depicted.  It depictss a bold medical cross with the number 1 "punched" out of it (for those of you taking notes, the number 1 seemed to be the best representation I could come up with for the word "Primary"...go figure).  We've since gone on to develop postcards, signage, and a brochure that Randolph Primary Care uses in their operation.

Surgical Associates of Asheboro

Here is a design that is several years old and is still kicking. Surgical Associates needed a simple 1 color brand that could be spread across letterhead, business cards, appointment cards, and apparel. After a few renditions, we came to this solution which has held up over the years. I have several alternate version, but they utilize the same scalpel graphic and explore different colors and typefaces, so I left them off. I did include the embroidered "badge" version and black and white business card below in "Additional Images."

Carolina Sport and Spine

A job where I had no contact with the owner of the company, Carolina Sport and Spine is a logo concept I developed for my previous company MainSales when I first branched off. I do know the owner wanted a logo reminiscent of professional sports teams. The graphic is a abstract representation of a spine that visualizes the movement of activity. Below are additional concepts I developed for the project.

Meridian Internal Medicine, P.A

Caroline Prochanu approached me to create a website for her new practice, which opens in April of 2010.  She wanted a basic site that allowed her clients to download documents that they would need for their appointments.  I included a file repository component in her content management system (CMS) which allows her to easily upload documents for her clients.

Rejuvenation Medspa

Rejuvenation Medspa was a challenging site to get put together.  I was still working on an old platform of the content management system software that I use, so it incorporates more tables and embedded graphics than I would like to see in my current sites. The site does function well for the medspa as it delivers the information in a clean and consistent fashion.  The employees at the medspa currently maintain the information and I make occasional updates for them. One of the more challenging aspects was finalizaton of the design. I think the final logo came from a company in Thomasville, NC with the remainder of the site having my design. Rejuenation Medspa maintains offices in Asheboro and Greensboro.

*A recent update puts Rejuvenation Medspa on the new software platfor m with a nice new layout.

Randolph Medical Associates

Randolph Medical Associates is a not-for-profit organization established to meet the health care needs of Randolph County with 6 locations around Randolph County - 3 offices in Asheboro and 1 office in Seagrove, Randleman and Liberty.  They are a coordinated group of doctor's that specialize in pediatrics, family practice and internal medicine. As an affiliate of Randolph Hospital, they needed a website that would be available to patients and facilitate form acquisition and patient information, geographic locations (Google Maps) and doctor details and history...and needed to look good to match!
